About

I’m inspired by how local communities collectively contribute to global innovation, my motto is “do good work, with good people”.I’ve worked in the innovation ecosystem for years and am interested in how we can bring diverse individuals and communities together to solve big problems. I exited my first startup in 2018 which solved a big problem in the construction industry, and I now do the same kind of work as a leader within ecosystem support organizations.I also love to experiment with new initiatives. The latest is Pulse, Localist, and Kwote.AI, don't hesitate to ask me about them!I’m working on a bunch more things you can find out in my formal bio.

SEP13 MAY 2023
It's time to get back together! See below for our schedule.
The first day is for us to reset from everything going on and build those more personal relationships and sense of community. The second and third day are much more business focused with tours, presentations, and workshops sprinkled with the typical WMI events like deep dives and peer coaching.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • If you're arriving for the early lunch, I would recommend trying the valet parking at the Sutton. The valet can bring your bags up or store them for when you do check in later in the day. You can also park in the Nova Centre or find street parking until check-in.

  • Sutton Place check-in is at 4:00PM. For the time between parking and check-in, the only things you'll need with you are for our lunch, forum updates, and the Nordic Spa. We'll be back at Sutton Place around 5:30-5:45 to properly check-in.

  • Pack your bathing suit, sandals, and water bottle for the Nordic Spa. Towels and robes are supplied, locks are not needed as there is a fob locker system and you will be given a locker bracelet upon arriving. Nature Folk has some good information for first timers on their site to check out as well.

  • The weather isn't going to be great for our session, so there is lots of rain in our future. Our locations are all marked below and there will be short walks here and there so I'd recommend a good rain jacket and water proof shoes.

  • I'm taking care of the bill for all speakers, board room rentals, the spa, and ferry tickets, so you only have to keep and scan the receipts for your room and food to submit after this session.
